![]() ![]() Since I don’t use foundation or concealer, I wasn’t sure how much this product would work for me since everything that I read states that it helps with foundation. It is packed with blur technology, the primer provides a subtle, golden shimmer for gorgeous and ultimate luminosity. This product is packed with four nourishing oils – corn oil, apricot kernel oil, passiflora oil, and rice bran oil which all help to make the skin feel soft without a greasy residue. Like most primers – it preps the skin for foundation application, creating an improved – refined appearance and minimizing the look of pores, improving skin texture making it feel smoother and evening out the skin tone. The blur primer is an illuminating primer that blurs imperfections and boosts the radiance of your foundation. worth of product, however the full size includes 1.0 fl.oz. I received the mini which includes 0.33 fl.oz. The Touche Eclat Blue Primer is a clear gel like product with gold reflects suspended though out. Adorn with the signature YSL gold and packaging, the new Touche Eclat duo looked as great in the packaging as it did in all its glory. Let’s face it – anything from Yves Saint Laurent is a treat for me and I couldn’t wait to test out the new Touche Eclat Blur Primer and Blur Perfector compliments of Influenster. I will not purchase these in the future.ĭisclaimer: I received these products complimentary for testing purposes from Influenster.Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Pinterest Email PRESS SAMPLE / AFFILIATE LINKSĪ few weeks ago I received a box in the mail that I was very excited to get. In my opinion, the blur perfector is an unneeded extra step. The primer is potentially worth looking into. While they're good ideas and somewhat effective, I do not think the price tag matches the results. I didn't notice a major difference in my skin while using these products. I do not like heavy brow gels this balm has just enough of the sticky feeling to keep hairs in place.īottom Line: After seeing so many raving reviews, I'm really sad to say these products just didn't work with my normal-to-dry skin and current, minimal, makeup routine. While that's not what's made for, I found it being the most effective for this task. The best use I found for the Blur Perfector is using it as a brow gel to keep my brows in place. I blotted it all over with my fingers I noticed fine lines that I never really notice. Next, I used it over my makeup - as a setting powder. Next, I tried it under my makeup (concealer and powder) - that was a poor decision. On the first few days of testing, I used on this on my bare skin - it made my skin feel good and soft and somewhat evened out my skin tone. Luckily, it goes on clear there's no color pay off. I was a little worried at first since my skin is more yellow-toned. I found this annoying - how am I supposed to store and travel with the sponge while protecting it? The balm is slightly sticky but silky at the same time - the sponge left cloth partials/lint in the balm - I also found this annoying and decided just to apply it with my fingers. The sponge doesn't fit in the compact, nor is there storage space for the sponge. The perfector comes with a cloth/velour sponge. The compact feels sturdy and snaps together nicely. The full size is 0.33 oz and retails for $55. Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat Blur Perfector
